About bookings
It is not mandatory to book online but is highly recommended because availability is limited, you ensure your experience and you also have better prices . If you do not want queue or have disappointment of not being able to do the activity, book in advance!
*Promotions are mandatory to make a reservation through the website.
For any online reservation is mandatory to make a payment of 15€ by card . The rest of the amount will be paid on the activity day in cash or by card.
For any modification or cancellation you must notify us 48 hours in advance at the reserved time.
If you can cancel, the amount paid on the website will not be returned but it will be saved for use in another activity in the future.
Generally money paid in an online booking is not returned under any circumstances. In case of cancellations, this amount will be saved for future activity.
JetScoot will reserve the right to make the return in exceptional and justified cases.
Punctuality is essential and if a customer arrives late or don’t come, the reservation will be lost and the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
About the activities
You don’t need any type of license to enjoy the activities.
*The services that require a special license will specifically show the text “licensed”
Absolutely nothing happens! For the majority is their first time. We have a safari ideal for beginners but you can do any of our activities even you don’t have experience.
All jet skis have two seats and a companion older than 7 years can go with an extra cost. (The second user is free only in jet ski with license rentals)
If the second person is over 16 years old you can switch de driver during the trip.
Only over 16 years old can drive a jet ski. Companions must be over 7 years old .
Although in some safaris we will take pictures, you can bring your own camera or GoPro. JetScoot is exempt from liability in case of loss, breakage or theft.
